The hours of 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM are generally considered sleeping hours. Therefore, email sent during this time may call your life style into question. Do not send email between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM local time.
I know that it's not fair to question someone's life style just because they sent an email late at night, but it happens. There are legitimate explanations for why an email is time stamped late at night. It could be something as simple as the clock on their computer is wrong.
